At Wholesale Products, we aim to ensure your fashion inventory meets your standards; however, if you are not satisfied with your bulk order, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that all seasonal clearance and intimate apparel are final sale to maintain the highest hygiene standards for our partners.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, polybags, and barcodes are intact to avoid any restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned fashion goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
