What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale pricing?
To qualify for wholesale rates, we require a minimum order value of $500 or at least 10 units per style across different sizes and colors.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For international wholesale shipments, please allow 10-15 business days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer samples before placing a full order?
Yes, we offer single-unit samples at a slightly higher retail price. If you proceed with a bulk order for that item within 30 days, we will credit the price difference back to your account.
What is your return policy for wholesale items?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory or change-of-mind on bulk purchases.
Can I use your product photos for my own e-commerce store?
Once your wholesale order is confirmed, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use our professional high-resolution imagery for your marketing and website listings.
What payment methods do you accept for large transactions?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. For verified long-term partners, we also offer Net-30 payment terms upon credit approval.
